Hello Bob,
Thank you for providing the new procedures. They look very good. A
couple a comments on the target installation and replacement procedure:
- Target initial installation should have a last step to remove the
tooling support plate installed in step 2.
- For the target replacement, I think we should add a mention to the
failed target procedure in the other document in the case of a failed
target.
Following up on the pressure discussion, another couple of remarks.
- I think the repeatability test can indeed be done at a lower pressure
(15psi is fine with me). The measurement that will be most important is
the final one with cabling in place, which should be at 68psi.
- It would be useful to add a measurement without pressure as well at
the end. This is because we will setup the beam position without the
target pressurized in the beginning of the experiment. So if the target
moves by more than 100µm sideways when pressurized that will be
important to know for our commissioning.
