The target straw failed the overnight test last night and will be replaced today.

Therefore, the schedule shown below will shift until we have a successful target test and survey ALERT per the procedure.

10/17                     Leak test target overnight (Morgan)
10/18                     Install target and leak check per procedure (Morgan and Bob)
10/21-22              Initial survey
10/23-25              Cable and install boards (Whitney)
10/28                     Survey after cabling
10/28                    De-cable SVT (Yuri and Rafo)
10/29                    Move ALERT to the Hall
10/30                     Remove SVT and install ALERT
11/5                       Cable and test ALERT (Gabriel)
