[Alert_collaboration] No ALERT software meeting, Monday January 13th

Dear All,

Due to beginning of the semester responsibilities at the university, I 
am unable to host a meeting on Monday Jan 13th.  Since there will be a 
general ALERT meeting on Thursday, I propose we skip this Monday's 
software meeting and any significant updates/concerns on software 
progress can be discussed at the general ALERT meeting this week.

I plan on continuing the ALERT software meeting at its regularly 
scheduled time next week, Monday January 20th at 11am EST.
