Hi,

FYI since I know not everyone is on the other mailing lists. See the
announcement from Dan, that the run is delayed at least for a couple of
weeks.

Cheers,

Raphael

Folks,

We have received word that the start of beam delivery for the 2025
RG-L/ALERT run will be further delayed. We have not
received an official schedule yet but it is already clear that there
will be no beam for at least the first part of February.

So CLAS12 shifts in the period from Feb. 3 (owl) to Feb. 17 (owl) are
now cancelled. Note that there are likely to be further
delays announced to the start of the run so please be mindful of
upcoming announcements as you plan your travel to JLab for
staffing of shifts. I will send out email to the Collaboration as soon
as I have information not only regarding when the run
will start, but also importantly, when the run will end.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,
Daniel
PDL for RG-L
