[All_jlab_accounts] JLab Colloquium Today: How to Respond to a Threatening Situation

Learn how to stay safe during a public violence or active threat 
situation. Representatives from the Newport News Police Department and 
the Federal Bureau of Investigation will offer a one-hour briefing on 
identifying and responding to threatening situations, including mass 
violence and active shooter events.

Learn your best options for each situation, what actions to take to 
protect yourself, and what to expect when law enforcement arrives on the 
scene.

Two briefings will be offered on Wednesday, Feb. 19, in the CEBAF Center 
auditorium at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. Please attend the session that best 
suits your schedule. This talk will not be video-recorded.
