[All_jlab_accounts] Intermittent Internet Issue

Jefferson Lab is currently experiencing intermittent networking issues to Internet sites only.  The issues are causing slow data transfers to and from the Internet that may result in timeouts when communicating with other sites on the Internet.  All local network services are functioning normally.   These cause of the issue is external to the laboratory and is being worked with out Internet Service Provider (ISP).
