[All_jlab_accounts] JLab's TED Building Entrance Re-Opened

The Technology and Engineering Development Building main entrance has now been re-opened for use. 

The entrance had been closed for a contractor to rework the brick pavement in front of the doors to correct the drainage. The work has been completed ahead of schedule, allowing FM&L to re-open the entrance.
