This is the Last Call for Jefferson Lab Open House Volunteers and Open 
House Posters to be printed by Document Control. This message also 
provides access to Open House training and general orientation 
information posted online.

*Volunteers Still Needed*

Jefferson Lab's Open House is scheduled for Saturday, May 17. The Open 
House is the lab's most important and largest public outreach effort. 
The key to the event's success is our volunteers. Many volunteer 
positions have been filled, but we still need help on May 17. Non-exempt 
employees will be paid, with advance approval from their supervisors.

*Volunteer Training and Information Sessions Scheduled*

There will be two general training and information sessions offered for 
volunteers who miss the session scheduled for their area or who aren't 
scheduled for an area-specific orientation. During these sessions, 
volunteers receive their T-shirt, communications card, parking pass and 
important event information. Training will be held on Tuesday, May 13 in 
the CEBAF Center auditorium at 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. If you have any

*Last Call for Open House Posters Being Printed by Document Control*

All Open House posters to be printed and/or mounted by Document Control 
must be sent to Document Control staff no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, 
May 9.
