Jefferson Lab email accounts are currently receiving multiple phishing emails regarding disk quota limits in Zimbra and missed package deliveries from UPS. The phishing Zimbra emails have a from email address of yguilfud at iit.edu with the subject "Update Alert". The phishing UPS emails can be identified by comparing the tracking ID in the subject line to the tracking ID in the body of the email, they will not match. If you receive one of these emails, do not open it and do not click on any links contained in the email. Delete it from your inbox.
If you have already received the email and clicked the link, notify the IT Division Cybersecurity team at security at jlab.org or the IT Division Helpdesk at x7155 immediately. Any time you receive email of a suspicious nature, forward the message to spam at jlab.org.
