*Jefferson Lab Now Using Team Worldwide for International Customs

Eastport Custom Brokers has closed and is no longer conducting customs
brokers business for Jefferson Lab. The lab is now using Team Worldwide
for its customs broker business needs, to include: verifying the arrival
of international freight bound for Jefferson Lab, managing items on
port-of-call manifests bound for the lab, arranging for shipping and
terminal clearance, calculating tariffs, and pricing out and
coordinating routing for ground transportation. When preparing to accept
international items or materials being delivered to the lab, the
paperwork preparer should reference Team Worldwide. For Jefferson Lab

*Your Opinion Requested: Lab Cafeteria/Catering Survey to End at 5 p.m.
Friday*
As part of the normal cycle, the current food services contract is
coming to a close. As required, Jefferson Science Associates will be
evaluating proposals under a re-competition for the continued operation
of the cafeteria in 2016. In an effort to better serve the staff and
users at the laboratory, you are asked to participate in a quick survey.
Your input will allow JSA management to gauge what food service options
are important to members of the Jefferson Lab community; help develop
the re-compete solicitation; better evaluate proposals received; and
have a direct effect on all future levels of cafeteria and catering
services offered at the lab. The survey will close on Friday, May 15, at
5 p.m. Use this link to access the survey:
