A temporary solution for the SmartCard login issue has been implemented by IT Division staff. For the solution to work, SmartCard users must plug in their network cable and reboot. Then, try logging on to your system with your CUE username and password instead of your SmartCard credentials. The temporary solution may take up to a half hour to be applied to your individual system. The IT Division continues to work on this issue to find a permanent solution.
