[All_jlab_accounts] JLab SmartCard Users: SmartCard Issue Resolved

SmartCard users can now start logging in with SmartCard credentials instead of just JLab username and password. Starting at 2:30 p.m., the SmartCard requirement will be turned on for all SmartCard users' systems. This change should finish propagating by 4 p.m. today. 

If your system does not start enforcing Smartcard logins by 4 p.m., and did prior to yesterday’s issues, then please notify helpdesk at jlab.org, so that IT can investigate the problem further on your system.
