[All_jlau] JLab Key Validation Starts Today, March 15

  *Everyone With a Jefferson Lab Key Must Complete Their Key Validation 
by April 30*

Every person who has one or more JLab keys must validate each key issued 
to them. Use the link below to access the Key Validation system. If you 
currently have any non-essential or non-functional JLab keys, please 
return them to Dennis Merritt, Mail Stop 28G. If you have questions 
about the validation, email Dennis (merritt at jlab.org 
<../apps/staff/staffmail.cfm?user=merritt at jlab.org&fullname=Merritt%2C%20Dennis>), 
the Facilities Management and Logistics locksmith.

Copy and paste the following link into your Internet provider (i.e., 
Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer) URL line. Hit the Enter key and 
you should be directed to the Key Validation sign in screen:
https://misportal.jlab.org/jlist/buildings/viewPersonalKeyAudit.do

Then follow the instructions on the right side of the screen; be sure to 
click on the Submit Audit button before Logging Out of the system.

Subcontractors with JLab keys, but without JLab email accounts, will be 
contacted by Dennis.
