[All_jlau] Message from Hugh Montgomery: Open House

Dear All,


The Jefferson Lab Open House 2016 was an unmitigated success.

All I spoke with were full of praise of the event and of their 
interactions with our volunteers. As far as we can tell this instance of 
the Open House exceeded by far the numbers of previous editions. I heard 
a number like 12000 touted by the afternoon. We might have been 
overwhelmed, but all went well. I believe also that beyond a few first 
aid cases, a couple of kids temporarily “lost”, and a couple of adults 
who lost their cars, we had no unfortunate incidents.

This has further cemented our position in the local and broader communities.
