[All_staff] JLab's United Way Pledge Drive Ends Today

The annual United Way fundraising campaign at JLab runs through 
close-of-business today, Nov. 2. If you would like to support a United 
Way charity and haven't yet made your pledge, please print out the 
attached Pledge Form pdf, or go to this link 
http://www.uwvp.org/give_help/donate_temp.html and print out the form.
Once filled out, please send the form, with any check payments attached, 
to Joshua Cameron, CEBAF Center, room B214, MS 12B. As always with 
charitable donations, make a copy of the signed form for your records.

If you prefer the traditional United Way form, the paper/carbon pledge 
form may be picked up at the following locations:
CEBAF Center Lobby
VARC Lobby
ARC Lobby
Test Lab 2nd Floor Lobby
MCC Lobby

If you use the traditional form, please fill it out and send the form, 
with any check payments attached, to Joshua Cameron, CEBAF Center, room 
B214, MS 12B. Please detach and keep the pink carbon for your personal 
record.
