[All_staff] Message from Hugh Montgomery: Update on Government Shutdown

Dear Colleagues,

All Jefferson Lab employees should report to work this week as normal.

Despite the lapse in federal funding that began on Oct. 1, Jefferson Lab
continues to operate and will continue to do so until further notice.

To conserve funds, the lab also will continue its restrictions on 
non-labor spending.

If you have any questions, please contact your supervisor.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to work 
through these challenging times.
