[All_staff] Complete Annual Security Awareness Training by Jan. 31

All Jefferson Lab staff members are reminded to take the GEN034 Annual 
Security Awareness (for Employees and selected Subcontractors) training 
-- now available online 
<http://www.jlab.org/div_dept/train/webbasedtraining.html>.

It must be completed before the end of January in order for your 
Jefferson Lab access badge to continue working in February. Annual 
Security Awareness training taken any time during 2013 will not extend 
access beyond Jan 31, 2014.

This information _does not apply to users_ who take a different version 
of Security Awareness -- GEN034U.
