A search for the Jefferson Lab Senior Team Leader for the LCLSII Project
has been completed.

We are delighted that Joe Preble has accepted the position and will take
office effective September 1, 2015.

This project, to construct a 4 GeV Superconducting RF accelerator and FEL,
involves a collaboration between Argonne National Laboratory, Cornell
University, Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, Lawrence Berkeley
National Laboratory, SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory the host
laboratory,  and Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility.  Joe will
replace George Neil, who has led our team from the inception of the project
about two years ago. We wish Joe all the best in this position. We would
also like to express our appreciation for George's leadership in this
all-important initial phase of the project.
