[All_staff] Safety Concern: Do Not Block Overhead Doors

Members of the *Worker's Safety Committee* have noted the following concern:

"There are eight roll-up doors behind the Technology and Engineering 
Development Facility (Bldg. 55) that are constantly being blocked by 
golf carts."

As a reminder to all Jefferson Lab employees, the official policy 
codified in the Administrative Manual includes the following requirement:

*Section 301.06 Traffic and Parking Management*

*RIDING, STOPPING AND PARKING

*

*- No vehicle will be parked at any building, in front of overhead 
doors, or in any other area which would block or delay fire fighting 
vehicles, personnel, or equipment.*
