[All_staff] Volunteers Sought for Sept. 11 United Way Day of Caring; Sign up by Aug. 28

The 2015 United Way Day of Caring in Hampton Roads will be on Sept. 11. 
Jefferson Lab can send a team of up to 15 volunteers to participate in 
this year’s event.Lab volunteers will participate from 1-5 p.m.

If you wish to volunteer:

-Send an email to Joshua Cameron (jcameron at jlab.org 
<mailto:jcameron at jlab.org>) no later than 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28.

-Please copy your immediate supervisor on this email and have your 
supervisor concur via email acknowledging your participation for that 
afternoon (supervisor, please also cc: jcameron at jlab.org).

If you’d like to participate, contact Joshua as soon as possible. 
Questions about the United Way Day of Caring may be directed to Josh via
