[APEX] APEX extension and shifts through the weekend

Dear APEX collaborators,

The APEX test run has been granted another extension, through 8am on
Monday July 12.  If you are available to take shifts between now and
the end of the run (especially after thursday), please email me or
Rouven, or sign up directly on the wiki:
 http://ntoro.stanford.edu/APEX/wiki/index.php/Shifts

We need a shift leader and target operator for every shift, while 3rd
shift-takers on replay are optional.  Target operators must be trained
on either the PREX target or Hall A cryotargets (John LeRose will run
a PREX target training session tomorrow, Wednesday at 15:30pm at the
counting house).

Great thanks to those who have taken shifts already, and to everyone
who signed up for shifts up to Thursday!
