[APEX] Please sign up for shifts through the weekend

Dear APEX and Hall A collaboration,

Due to APEX's second extension, we have many more shifts to fill, starting
with the day shift tomorrow (Thursday) through Monday owl.  In particular,
we need Shift Leaders and Target Operators, but Replays are also very
welcome.

Please consider signing up for some (more) shifts, and email me if you do.
