Dear APEX collaboration,

We attach a PRL draft of the analysis results from the APEX test run in
June/July 2010.  We ask that you please review this paper and send us any
comments by Monday July 11, 2011 at 12pm EDT.

We will then incorporate your comments, send it to the Hall A CC, and submit
it to PRL after approval.

The author list needs to be finalized.  If you took a shift or helped in
another way with the APEX test run, you are eligible to be an author of this
paper.  If we accidentally left you off, please let us know immediately.  If
you are listed as an author, but would like your name to be removed, please
let us know that too.

This draft summarize the work of many people, and we thank them all for
their help.

The analysis showed no sign of a new force mediator A' in the mass and
coupling window probed by the science data taken during the test run.  While
the result is one of the most sensitive probes of A's to date, it will be
far surpassed by the full run where we expect ~200 times more data and cover
a much wider mass region.

We look forward to your comments and thank you all again for making the test
run a success!
