[BDXlist] various files updated

Dear colleagues,

I have corrected typos in several files in the 'measurement' and 'setup' 
sections. I did leave a section in blue because it needs clarification. 
Please 'pull' in the most recent changes.

I moved the discussion of the Hall A beam dump to ch3 under proposed 
measurements. I was considering also moving the section on civil to go 
after the beam dump section (before The BDX detector), because it might 
make sense
to start with the overall layout and move to the detector. But I have 
not moved that yet. Feedback is welcome and it would be an easy update.

I also added suggested sketch for Fig. 2, which includes chi scattering 
on a target electron.

There is a problem with resolving references. I noticed that Andrea had 
added a new file with only a few references, so I copied them into the 
main .bib file in case that was the problem, but references still go 
unresolved. I will check into that tomorrow.
