Dear all,
  as anticipated this morning, here in attachment the X17 proposal for 
your consideration.
If you are interested in contributing and be part to the 
proposal/experiment please contact  Ashot and Dipangkar (in cc to this 
message) *by tomorrow Saturday May 22 not later than noon (EDT).*
I think this is a sound proposal and I'll be honored and glad to join 
the X17 collaboration effort contributing to the measurement.
A big thank to Ashot that presented the proposal today and gave us the 
opportunity to join it!
