Dear all
here are some minutes for people unable to attend Friday's meeting.

  * We agreed to write the BDX LOI for the Moore foundation
  * We briefly discussed some of the ideas that should be included in
    the LoI and agreed to fill a shared doc with bullet point that will
    complement a general introduction about LDM, BDX, ... adapted
    fromthe LDAM19 request and/or the NSF executive summary
  * The doc is available

    time and receive comments by Oct 31 (deadline).
