[Boardgames] Risk: Legacy

I am interested, but there is close to 0% chance that I'll have any
avialability before mid April. If you haven't started by then, or can still
take on one more person, let me know. If you have started and are full up
on people and/or it doesn't make sense to add another person, no worries. I
can't promise that I'll even be available then, so you definitely shouldn't
wait on me.
