[Bonuslist] BONUS paper update

Dear BONUS group,

I have updated the paper on the site
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/secure/bonus/BoNuS_PRL/BONUSlet.pdf

This now has the author list generated by the opt-in system, plus I  
have added all the faces on our Wiki BEFORE the alphabetical list  
begins.  We can move some of these people at will into the crowd if we  
decide they have not done enough to merit the first 2.5 lines ;-)  In  
some cases (Tvaskis, Tkachenko, Ispiryan, etc. I do not know their  
proper affiliations.  Any help there?

We are getting close to submission as soon as we resolve some of the  
issues with figures.
