Dear Bonusites,

I've updated the comments log, taking into account those of Dan Carmen  
and Reinhard Schumacher:

M. Taiuti, M. Osipenko, and D. Dutta have been added at their  
requests; they had trouble with the opt-in procedure.  I added G.  
Niculescu even though he did not opt in, since he did significant work  
during the experiment.

I am inclined to get rid of the "Current Address" listing for anyone  
and simply use two affiliations.  As things stand, we are not  
consistent.  If we did a current address for everyone, it would take  
up a whole column.  What do you think?

We are waiting for improved figures.
