[Bonuslist] BONUS paper update

Dear BoNuS Group,

We are inching ever closer to a final version.  Since yesterday here  
is the progress made:

* Added Paul King to the author list
* Changed all "Current Address" entries to double affiliations in the  
bylines IF a change of institutions was to a CLAS member institution
* Accepted all of Sebastian's editorial changes except for the last  
sentences of the paper.
* I learned how to make a double-column-width figure and placed it in  
the text
* I did an accurate word count.  PRL allows 3500 words.  I count 2870  
words in the body, captions and footnotes.  Using the formulas  
provided, I get 180 words for each 1-column figure (and 640 words for  
a 2-column figure).  Equations amount to 80 words total.  So here's  
the count:

Total with the 4-panel figure expanded to two columns is 3950.

* I have reverted to the one-column figure
* I played with the 4 plots that Nate sent me in various shades of  
color, and concluded that the blue/red/green combo is the best.
* I imported all 4 plots into a graphics program and made a single PDF  
with reduced white space, but the overall resolution was not good
* I left the 4 separate figures in miniboxes as we have had all along.
* I took out all of our comments and unused text in the .tex file to  
provide a clean copy for PRL
