Hello everyone,

The last version of the proposal is linked below, I made modifications 
to improve the detector part and answer the concerns of the committee. 
In attachment you can find the comments they sent us. Note that the 
discussion on beam time is still not there, Raphael is still running 
some calculation, but he does not expect any significant modifications.

Please send me and Raphael all your suggestions and changes by Friday 
evening so that I can compile all these on Saturday and send around a 
finalized version.

We are more than happy if you want to sign, just let us know!
