[Bonuslist] BONuSfest?

Dear BONuSites,

at yesterday’s meeting, we made two momentous decisions:
1) Our next BONuS meeting will be 3 (THREE!) weeks from yesterday, at the usual time and place and back on our regular schedule (Thursday, June 4, 10:30 a.m. in A110 CC). Hopefully we can get status reports from both the blue and the red team at that time.
2) We would like to have another one of our nearly annual BONuSfests. We can look at any new results from BONuS6 that are still coming out (Narbe’s and Eric’s fit, as well as Jixie’s pi- paper), but the main focus will be a thorough review and discussion of the two detector concepts for BONuS12, as well as other work we need to do to get ready for a BONuS12 run in 2017. NOTE: This is NOT meant (yet) to be the “downselect” for one of the 2 concepts; however, hopefully we will have been able to do some real work until then to clarify and sharpen the issues (advantages and disadvantages) for both concepts, and therefor agree on a plan of action how to proceed towards the final decision. 
One possibility for this Fest would be during the week July 20-24 - it looks neither before nor after is a good time for many of us. Another possibility is August 10-14. In both cases, we would have the additional information from PAC43, which has some bearing on our discussions.

Depending on the number of presentations (up to you guys), we could make it a 1 or 1 1/2 - 2 day meeting. Please send your preferences (down to the specific days) for any of the 2 proposed periods, and I’ll start the planning process.
