[Bonuslist] Last meeting of the year - Bluejeans only

Dear BONuSites,

thanks for coming out in force for our joint BONuS12/TDIS collaboration meeting. You can find all Talks posted at

As you know, this Thursday 12/22 is another regular BONuS meeting date. Given the proximity of certain holidays, I expect not many people will make it to JLab that day. So I propose that instead we have a “Bluejeans only” meeting where whoever is available can tune in to provide (or listen to) news, updates etc. Unfortunately, we don’t have the luxury to just “rest” for 4 weeks - we are on a tight time line to get ready for the ERR (Experimental Readiness Review) which is required to occur in Spring 2017 if we want to ask for scheduling in July 2017 (which, in turn, would put us on the schedule for Fall 2018 at the absolute earliest!!!). Even if you can’t join this Thursday, please send me email with any updates, look at the agenda, and most importantly let me know if you can not attend at our usual time next year!!! (I hope we can avoid rescheduling the meeting, but given that a new semester starts, some of us may no longer be available Thursday mornings. If so, let me know!)
