[Bonuslist] Next BONuS meeting

Dear BONuSites,

yes, we just had our meeting today, but it was suggested that we should plan for a little longer meeting next time to give us time for an in-depth review on the status of all aspects of the experiment. As you know, we plan to have the first RTPC ready to install on October 1, which is only 7 months away. Given that resources are scarce (always), we believe that it would be good to look at every component required for a successful run and identify critical path items that need extra attention. 

Tentatively the meeting would take place on the same day (3/15) and at the same location as always, but start already at 9:30 and continue up to 11:30, 12 depending on how much time we need. If you agree (either by affirmation or by staying silent;-), I’ll start sending out requests to individual BONuS collaboration members to prepare short presentations on the status of their respective projects. For now, please let me know if you can not participate (at least for some of the time) in this meeting.
