[Bonuslist] [New Logentry] Ramp up current rate increased

As was decided in today's RC meeting, I requested a rate increase in the current ramping up (aprox double as was before)

Also I commented the issue of the orbit locks during the ramp up as suggested by Stepan S. MCC answered that this is something normal but they can try to solve. It implies some software modifications and they will contact the experts about it. I requested to put Stepan S. in that exchange to share with him any insight related with this issue.
