[Bonuslist] update on proton rate calculations

Hi All,
I was trying to get proton rate for some run #. First I used all cuts we
used in BONuS12 analysis as shown in slides. Then plot Theta_p vs Proton
momentum . Using that graph I tried to get # of protons. Then I tried to
increase the proton count by c hanging vertex cuts. (Removing electron
vertex cut and open deltavz ). TDIS_rateBONuS12. pdf shows final rate
calculations.
