Hello Aruni,
   I noticed that you have the beam current not right for the runs you
selected. For instance you combined data from run 12620 which had 100 nA
beam current with runs 126(28-29) which had 200 nA beam current. Also the
trigger file used for run 12620 is different from runs 126(27,28,29). So
maybe you need to make sure at least that the beam current and the trigger
files are the same for the data that you want to merge. You can check

to know the run's characteristics and check this file

to know if the run was considered as good run according to our selection
criteria.

Side note: delta vz cut has to be around 0 for outbending 2 GeV data and
around 0.8 mm for inbending data. We had aligned the corrdinates of the CD
with the FD in CLAS12. Check the attached screenshot for the delta vz
timeline.

In slides 3 and 4 of TSIS_rateBONuS12.pdf, are these the bonus12 and
simulated TDIS theta distribution of the protons. Please label which
belongs to which.
