[Bteam] No meeting today

Bteam meeting today is cancelled.     The machine setup is still in 
progress and Bteam is meeting daily after the 8am meeting to work on the 
plan to get the machine to converge.   So please attend the 8am MCC 
meeting and the post-MCC optics discussion meeting to help formulate the 
path forward.

The present status of the machine is: The 7.5% unbalanced linac 
configuration has been steered up through 5th pass.   The dispersion and 
Courant-Snyder looks a bit  problematic.   In addition the match into 
the NL has yet to be performed as well as the parity quality beam.

At today's meeting, we decided on focussing on completing ORFP  and 
establishing beam to Hall-B (and maybe A) tonight.   Yves still needs 4 
to 8 hours to finish PQB injector setup.   Here's the laundry list:

   1. Injector-NL match, Joyce 2 hours
   2. Finish ORFP
   3. Separation and hall setup (when halls are ready)
   4. Hall-B laser phase may need so adjustment (see Grames for details)
   5. PQB injector work, Yves 4-8 hours (Thursday?)
   6. BSY matching Hall-A (this can occur when B is taking beam)
   7. BSY matching Hall-C (this can occur when B is taking beam)
   8. BSY matching Hall-B? (is this necessary?)
   9. Multi-pass steering in the Linacs (Ryan)???

There is a 1:30 scheduling meeting today, but no B-team meeting following.
