HI All,

Just a reminder that we'll meet on Monday 23rd @ 3pm in MCC to talk PREX.

I'll describe our winter shutdown injector plans to get ready for PREX,
including the spin flipper functionality, schedule and commissioning
activities.

Kent, Bob - it'd be great to hear again your beam requirements for PREX,
significant work you might have planned at the injector and in the Hall
during the shutdown in preparation for PREX, goals/priorities during
your commissioning period.  The Compton clearly fits the bill, etc.

I'd call it a very successful meeting if we come away from it on the
same page, distinguishing the priorities, understanding which questions
should receive attention/resources, etc.
