[Bteam] On the subject of a B-Team meeting today

Dear <Insert-Your-Name-Here>,

I am swamped at the moment and would choose to cancel the meeting today. 
I apologize for the late notice and the lack of notice last week.  Mea
culpa.  I have no business which appears to be pressing.

Unless someone else summons your collective wisdom/experience to the MCC
Conference Room today, consider the B-Team meeting canceled.  The
scheduling meeting at 1:30 is still a good thing to attend.

In the meantime, I would ask that you all consider what improvements in
diagnostics for the hall lines and the main accelerator would improve our
collective and institutional performance.  I personally am considering how
to arrange for installation of appropriately calibrated non-blooming
viewers at 2C21/2C24 to hasten Hall B beam line tuning.  Remedying this
diagnostic deficiency can be supported quite strongly from an "hours
expended tuning" standpoint.  Please consider other issues and we will try
to accommodate the best candidates as soon as feasible.
