[Bteam] Action items from yesterday's pathlength meeting

   1. Concrete heating and 12GeV tunnel temperature   Yves
   2. Stand deformation estimates.   Benesch
   3. Update Tief's table to account for the 0.75 factor when converting
      from ARC offset to pathlength Krafft

The goal of these action items is to understand if the present 
pathlength request (Tief's note based on 6 GeV data) is sufficient for 
12 GeV.  Are there thermal effects that will be worse in the 12 GeV 
era?  If so, what should we do about it?
