[Bteam] beam studies Tuesday

Ole,

Steve Suhring and I have discussed the matter.  We conclude that we 
should "bank" the beam studies time tomorrow, Tuesday, running 
production beam for A unless Kent Paschke has the new injector apparatus 
available for installation before 11am Tuesday.  If Kent has it Hall A 
will want it installed in preference to taking beam.  Steve believes 
that my proposed 2pm cutoff does not allow enough time for problem 
resolution and backout before key personnel go home for the day, hence 
the 11am cutoff.  If Kent and company are ready by 0745 Wednesday, the 
required down would be negotiated at the PD/RC meeting.
