[Bteam] beam studies Tuesday

Hi Jay,

I agree.  I basically already assumed, based on Kent's earlier email 
that "equipment is still being developed", the Pockels cell work will 
probably take place Wednesday, when we would use the "banked" beam 
studies/machine development time.  Of course, if things are ready to go 
tomorrow morning, then we'll go ahead.

Let's see where things stand at the 7:45am meeting tomorrow.
