I used Michele's tools to analyze the quad scan twice, backpropagating 
to the BPM just before the scanned quad in one case, IPM3C04, and to the 
end of the drift before the Lambertson viewer, D7000, in the second. 
The Twiss parameters and the matching results are in the B-Team Logbook, 
BTLog.  Matching took Pelegant's eight processes 22.5 minutes at IPM3C04 
and 23.8 minutes at D7000.   The quad changes are similar but not 
identical.   Both matches turned the quadruplet into a doublet by 
"turning off" 3C04 and 3C05.

There is a START element in the ele file, of course, but I got bit the 
last time I tried to calcEmittance there so I didn't try this time.

The elegant and optim designs are not the same.  I haven't determined 
the cause.  The "now" quad values are the same as those in the Optim 
deck I emailed some of you earlier.
