[Bteam] B team meeting Wednesday

There will be a B team meeting after the 1:30 scheduling meeting
Wednesday. Bob Legg will be taking over as PD.

Background

Hall A magnets are cold. Target cool-down today if ESR stable.

Magnet power supplies are still being repaired - PREX radiation damage.
They hope to do a BCM calibration Thursday and might be ready to start
physics immediately after that. Or might do another access.

Hall B will be going down Thursday 7am to change from calibration to
production mode. Survey has to do their thing after the change so if
it's not 7am Thursday it will be 7am Friday.

Hall C target cooldown is now planned for Thursday.

CHL will have to raise pressure about 1 mbar from 39.4 mbar to free up
capacity to cool 2500W Qweak target. FEL will squawk when this happens
because they'll have to turn down FEL03, aka first C-100 prototype,
because internal tubing is too small.

If hall A goes into access after their BCM calibration Thursday there
will be a maintenance/beam studies period of TBD duration. I'll try to
remember to ask at 0745 Wednesday. See also

Agenda

1. beam studies and maintenance plan for Thursday and Tuesday

2. discussion of path length test results. Plot in doc file attached.
All the data is in /a/opsuser/benesch/Pathlength_31.txt

3. discussion of Noel's request below
