[Bteam] no meeting today

Since Arne and Geoff are at the ADSR workshop and we are behind in 
delivering beam for B, there won't be much time allocated for test plans 
in the next week.

Hall B will be taking production beam starting around 1500 today.  Hall 
A will be taking what calibration data they can swing/owl while cooling 
down the detector magnets.  BTW, the ESR may not be out of the woods:

I don't understand the clog, but 2400 vs 2800 Hz setpoint seems odd.
