[Bteam] current spikes with one second interval are gone

With V.V unplugged we lost valuable piece of information about injector 
phases what particularly during last days this is a huge shortfall. Once 
you are certain that  V.V. caused RF modulation I can add RF circulator 
to every cavity probe signal. This unit will add additional ~20 dB of 
isolation.  Still this modification will help only if beam distortion 
was caused by RF signals coupling/cross-coupling in the phase monitor 
system.
