[Bteam] current spikes with one second interval are gone

Tomasz,

I hypothesize that the problem has to do with the GPIB system since the 
spikes were seen on the BPM _before_ the prebuncher, the most upstream 
of the RF devices.  The controls and gun groups will have to list the 
other items on the GPIB bus and try to figure out which could cause the 
glitches.
