[Bteam] Hall C 9th Dipole

B_Team,
The g2p experiment _/may/_ have a need for the enclosure EES built to 
house the Hall C 9th dipole located in the BSY service building. It's 
not clear to me if this system is even being used at this point. Would 
it be okay to decommission (or temporarily decommission) this system in 
the May time frame? We could re-install it during the 12 month down if 
it's needed.
