[Bteam] Hall C 9th Dipole

Ron,
    Do you mean the Hall-A ninth dipole?  This occupies the whole 
addition to the BSY service building.  Or do you mean the space that the 
Hall-C pseudo ninth dipole that was installed for HKS-II and somehow 
shoe  horned into the BSY service building.
